USE
This machine is suitable for riveting for snap eyelet/snap ring eyelet in clothing, footwear, industrial products, leather goods, stationery and Other industries which can be used for fabrics, natural leather, PVC, PU and other materials.
CHARCTERS
1. Adopt PLC control, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain.
2. Upper and down buckle hopper adopts plug-in type, without vibration and noise; buckle feeding is smooth and buckle surface is not easy to be worn.
3. It is more stably to feed buckles with blowing function for upper and down buckle.
4. Infrared positioning is used to make the riveting position more accurate.
5. Riveting speed is 80-120 times per minute.
6. The speed is adjustable. High speed is suitable for skilled operators while low speed is suitable for novices.
7. The riveted buckle is neat, firm, beautiful and not deformed.
